The Château de Maudetour is surrounded by a dozen excellent golf courses including Villarceaux, Le Prieure, Ableiges, and Gadancourt. Horseback-riding, tennis, hiking, and numerous other outdoor activities are available nearby. LThe area around Maudetour is known for its fine hiking trails, many of which are in the Vexin Regional Natural Park, and for the many steams and rivers that offer excellent fishing. Hunting, as well, is popular in the Oise River region.  |
